Habitual Suspended Driver Charged In Alcona

An Innisfil man doesn’t seem to be learning from past experiences. A South Simcoe Police officer was out on patrol around 3:00 yesterday afternoon, when he spotted a car he knew was being driven by a suspended driver. Once the vehicle was pulled over, police confirmed the man behind the wheel had been suspended continuously since 1998. The 46-year-old man was charged with Driving Under Suspension and is expected in court this month.
