Lin-Manuel Miranda’s theatrical masterpiece has been harder to get into than your skinny jeans since it first debuted in 2015. And if you missed out on tickets for the Toronto shows, not to worry- you will soon be able to see it on the big screen!
In an interview with Variety, the creator confirms the exciting news and that the original cast will be in the movie.!

But instead of a brand new adaptation, Miranda says the movie will feature footage from recorded stage performances during the musical’s first you running.
No release date has been given!
