H&M Is Closing 250 Store Next Year Due To The Pandemic

More people are shopping online…

H&M has more than 5000 stores worldwide and announced Thursday that it would be shutting down 5% of its store count.

“More and more customers started shopping online during the pandemic,” following temporary store closures that, at its peak, totalled about 80% of its store count, H&M said in a statement Thursday.

Many retailers have announced some closures include American Eagles and Zara.
