In sugar-free chewing gum, it’s between two and five calories a piece. So between 1,344 and 3,360 calories over a year, based on two pieces a day, basically.  But don’t panic, because you’re actually burning off a lot more than that by just chewing it – so it’s all good (according to the Mayo Clinic).
