Howie Mandel and U.S. company ICM have bought “Just for Laughs”
ICM is a U.S. based talent agency who has partnered with Canadian Howie Mandel to purchase the Montreal Comedy Festival that started up in 1983. Since its start, Just For Laughs produced and still produces international comedy tours, television specials and annual festivals around the world including in Toronto, Vancouver and Sydney, Aus.
The 36th annual festival runs from July 14 to 28 in Montreal.
