Charges have been laid following the death of a snow-mobiler on Georgian bay off Victoria Harbor. OPP say four sledders were using two machines when one went through the ice. One of the riders wound up in the water when he tried to assist the first men who went through. 48 year old Brent David Fisher of Innisfil did not survive. The three others made it to shore. A 50 year old Innisfil man is now facing charges of Driving While Ability Impaired.
