If you have tickets to Katy Perry, you’ll have to wait a little longer to see her! The Toronto show date for WITNESS: The Tour has been rescheduled to November 1st at the ACC due to production delays. Tickets are still available and people that have already purchased tickets will be able to use them for the new date. Noah Cyrus will be opening for Katy!
