Kesha gets the OK to perform this weekend! and Joe Jackson, not dead!

Dr. Luke and his record label say they are giving Kesha the OK to perform at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards. Dr. Luke and the label approved the performance after Kesha reassured them she was not going to highlight their ongoing lawsuit onstage. (contract) Kesha was planning to perform Bob Dylan’s “It Ain’t Me Babe” at the awards show. The show airs at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC…

“60 Minutes” correspondent Morley Safer, who only announced his retirement last week, has died of pneumonia. He was 84.
