Local School Board and High School Teachers Come To An Agreement
Deal Still Needs To Be Ratified, No Job Action Will Take Place In The Meantime
The public school board and area high school teachers have come to a tentative agreement. The Simcoe County District School Board today announced the tentative deal with the local members of Ontario Secondary School Teacher’s Federation today, saying this agreement still needs to be ratified by OSSTF’s members and school board trustees. While a date hasn’t been set for that, the high school teacher’s union has agreed that no job action will happen while ratification takes place.
