Man gets buried for eight hours under 55,000 tons of cheese.

If you’re one of those people who says they can’t get enough of cheese, a scenario like this might be the ultimate test. A warehouse worker has been rescued after he was trapped for more than eight hours under 55,000 tonnes of cheese.

Forklift truck driver Tomasz Wiszniewski was feared to have died when metal shelves 18 metres high and stacked with 20kg blocks of cheddar and red Leicester toppled over. After eight hours, however, sniffer dogs and a drone finally found him alive, and he was rescued to the cheers of his family and coworkers.
