Man With Knife Breaks In To Barrie Home

Barrie Police are hunting for a suspect in a break-and-enter this morning at a home on Broadfoot Road near Fox Run and Edgehill. The occupants told police a man with a knife, and his face covered, barged in just after 9 o’clock this morning. They fled next door to call police who had the canine crew sniffing around for the suspect, but it appears he may have escaped in a vehicle. Police do not believe this was a random break-in. It’s not known what, if anything, was taken.
