A staple in my family when I was growing up. Every year my mom and I would trek to the Nottawasaga Conservation Centre and dive into the Spring Tonic Festival. Fresh maple taffy, crafts and running around outside — loved it!
This weekend is Maple Weekend for the area, meaning that many sugar bushes will have something going on for the whole fam-jam.

Ontario Maple Syrup Producers – Maple Weekend
What is Maple Weekend? The Ontario Maple Syrup Producers’ Association will be hosting the fourth Annual Maple Weekend on April 7 ~ 8, 2018 from 10 AM to 4 PM. Participants in Maple Weekend can be found across the province in a number of maple syrup producing areas.
