Midland Mom Charged After Police Smelled Booze

Two Young Children In The Car

A Midland mom is in hot water after a visit from police. A complaint brought Midland Police Service to an east end home on Tuesday, while officers got there in time to greet a woman who had just arrived at the home. Police say she had her kids in the running car and the smell of alcohol on her breath. Officers claim the woman refused a breathalyser test, and was brought back to the police station to be charged with Refusing to Supply a Breath Sample.
