Fan’s of the X-Files loved the return of the series last fall! And it appears that the TV bosses loved Mulder and Scully too…So bosses are in talks trying to make this happen….Season 10 of The X-Files hit TV screens 14 years after the sci-fi drama ended, and critics were mixed on Scully and Mulder’s latest spooky adventures.

 

Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg are teaming up to throw celebrity dinner parties as part of a new VH1 reality show.

The working title is “Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party” is set to premiere in the fall. Each week will feature a “half-baked evening of cocktails, cooking, conversation, and fun where nothing is off limits.”  Stewart and Snoop Dogg have worked together in the past… Snoop has been a guest on Stewart’s syndicated program. They also sat side by side at Comedy Central’s “Roast of Justin Bieber” last year and competed on ABC’s “$100,000 Pyramid” last month.

 

Amy Schumer is getting animated…. She’s set to guest star on three animated Fox shows on Sept. 25th…

Amyvwill play different characters on Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, and Family Guy.  Season 7 of Bob’s Burgers, Season 28 of The Simpsons, and Season 15 of Family Guy all begin on Sept. 25.  Schumer’s autobiography, The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo, will be released on Aug. 16.

 

Saturday Night Live is losing two veteran cast members.

Taran Killam and Jay Pharoah will not be returning to the late-night staple for season 42 in order to pursue other opportunities, NBC confirmed to ET. Both Killam and Pharoah had been with SNL for six seasons.  Killam may be best remembered best for his spot-on impressions of Matthew McConaughey and Brad Pitt, while Pharoah’s impersonations of Jay Z and President Barack Obama have resonated with audiences.
