Morning Breathalyser Test Following Night of Drinking

Licence Suspended After Tying One On The Night Before

Police are reminding folks that booze can stay in your system for hours, after a driver was charged. Around 7:30 yesterday morning, police say they nabbed a speeder along 20th Sideroad of Lefroy, and when the officer spoke to the driver, they say the smell of alcohol on the guy’s breath. The fella admitted to drinking 10 beer the night before, but still registered a WARN on the breathalyser. That means the 53-year-old man immediately had his licence suspended for three days.
