Police Say Half a Mil In Cocaine Seized During Investigation
A team effort took an alleged half a million dollars in drugs off the streets. Barrie Police joined up with the South Simcoe Police Service and the OPP for a six month drug investigation. In that time, police say they dismantled a complex drug operation and seized a number of vehicles, cash, electronics, and cocaine. Eleven people have been arrested and charged following the multi-jurisdictional effort, as police say they executed search warrants in Barrie, Bradford, and Oro Medonte.
