One Gif Demonstrates Long Term Climate Change Effects

Graph Charts Month-Over-Month Temperature Changes Since 1850

ezgif.com-resizeA new gif aims to convince you of the effects of Global Warming. University researcher Ed Hawkins says it’s easy to ignore the long-term effects of climate change, when each year’s weather seems the same as the last. So the climate scientist with the National Centre for Atmospheric Science at the University of Reading took data from as far back as the 1850s, and charted out every month’s temperature change. The resulting graph expands outwards as each year is warmer than the last.
