While it’s always been the way, married couples sharing the same bed; it appears that times are changing.
According to 2017 National Sleep Foundation survey, almost one in four married couples sleep in separate beds.
More and more couples are trying this new sleeping arrangement because of lack of sleep!
People are waking each other up, and people are tired; not rested. With this, resentment builds in a relationship and cause more significant problems.
Couples have different sleep schedules. One may go to bed before the other, one may get up earlier. There is also the restless sleeper and the snoring- oh, the snoring!
With this, many couples have opted for separate sleeping arrangement, the downside? It could kill the intimacy!
