Oprah Winfrey will kick start 2016 with a weight loss challenge to her fans and followers.

Now a WeightWatchers spokeswoman and company co-owner, after buying 10% of the firm in October, Oprah will document her new year slim down as part of a new public campaign.

“Soft Kitty” has been a longtime source comfort for Sheldon Cooper on “The Big Bang Theory,” but now the song is at the centre of a legal headache… On Monday, a lawsuit was filed by the daughters of Edith Newlin, a New Hampshire teacher who originally wrote a poem about a “soft kitty” in the 1930s. According to the complaint, the hit comedy has used Newlin’s lyrics — which begin “soft kitty, warm kitty” — on at least eight episodes of the series without permission.

Coldplay apparently wants Beyoncé and Rihanna to join them during the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show. Its a show watched by about 115 million people so both Rihanna and Beyonce are keen on the show… Rihanna’s first Super Bowl appearance, but she has collaborated with Coldplay before on 2012 track Princess Of China…

Did you know that Leonardo DiCaprio almost got a role in the Star Wars prequels? Creator and director of the trilogy, George Lucas, wanted the actor to play Anakin Skywalker, the future Darth Vader. The two of them met to discuss, but DiCaprio ended up turning the offer down.
