Orillia Brawl Puts One Man In Hospital

Police are hoping for witnesses after a brawl sent one man to hospital in Orillia. Officers got the call to a Canice Street address just past 6:00 last night, with reports of a physical altercation involving several people. Cops arrived to find a man in need of serious medical attention. His injuries said to be non life threatening however, and was rushed to Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital. A search of the area resulted in the arrest of three men. Two are underage, but all three were held in custody for a bail hearing. The OPP stresses this is an isolated incident and there are no concerns for public safety. The victim was still in hospital this morning, said to be in stable condition.
