Paul Walker’s daughter goes after Porsche Bosses, plus Kaley Cuoco has a prenup!

Paul Walker’s teen daughter Meadow has hit bosses at Porsche with a wrongful death lawsuit following his fatal crash in one of their cars in November, 2013. Now nearly two years after his passing, 16-year-old Meadow and her lawyers are taking legal action against executives at the car giant, claiming faulty mechanics are to blame for his death, since an official autopsy declared he was not killed by the impact of the crash alone, but burned to death once the car exploded. They go on to claim the fire did not break out until one minute and 20 seconds after impact, but Walker could not escape, alleging, “Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned.”

Fast & Furious Franchise Has 3 Movies To Go  There is no script and no director for Furious 8, but it seems Producer Vin Diesel has signed on for another trilogy of the billion dollar Furious Franchise. He released a statement to his Facebook page indicating that the Fast & Furious will indeed end after one more trilogy to end the entire saga. He likely just signed the deal this week.

A prenuptial agreement will determine how Kaley Cuoco and her husband end their marriage of 20 months, a court filing released Monday shows. Cuoco and tennis pro Ryan Sweeting married in a New Year’s Eve ceremony in 2013. They have no children together. The divorce petition states the pair signed a prenuptial agreement in November 2013 that will dictate Cuoco’s spousal support payments to Sweeting and how they will divide their assets.

Kate Hudson is 36 and Nick Jonas is 23, but the age difference isn’t stopping them from spending some time together this past weekend. The two were spotted at Walt Disney World together. Kate also attended Nick’s concert at the House of Blues and the two were seen having brunch the next day. Matt Damon and Ben Affleck are working out another deal with HBO. The duo will be producing a new film called Thirst set against the backdrop of the global water crisis.

Shawn Mendes will receive the Allan Slaight  award, from Canada’s walk Of Fame, during the ceremony Nov 7 at Toronto’s Sony Centre for the Performing Arts! The Allan Sliaght Award is presented annually to a young Canadian making a positive impact in the music industry. The gala will be hosted by actor/director Jason Priestley and televised on Dec. 17 on Global. This year’s inductees are set to be announced today in Toronto.
