Pedestrian Hit On Barrie Street
Man Being Transferred To Toronto Hospital Due To Injuries
A pedestrian who was hit by a vehicle in Barrie late this afternoon has been transferred to a hospital in Toronto. Police were called to Wellington St near Eccles St. where an off duty Doctor from a nearby medical clinic assisted the 49 year old man. Police say the man sustained severe head injuries. The driver involved in the collision remained on the scene.
