PETA is asking that Punxsutawney Phil be replaced with a robot on groundhogs day.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) say that Phil and other groundhogs are put under stress with all the lights, noise and handling at the big event on February 2nd.
The group is asking that a replacement in the form of a robot be considered!
