Police find man handcuffed to radiator!
Couple decided to call police because the key was missing!
Police were called to a St. Vincent St home yesterday after a couple playing with handcuffs got into a bit of a bind! Barrie Police say the they entered the home to find a man handcuffed to his radiator. He had been there for some time and had struggled to free himself after the keys went missing. Police recommend you always have a spare key, just in-case!
