Police Trace Phone Call To Ex
Nasty Message Lands Man In Court
A Barrie man is facing charges after police were able to trace a threatening phone call back to him. South Simcoe Police say they followed up on a complaint from a woman who received a nasty massage on her voice mail. Police were able to trace it back to the victims ex-common law partner. While investigating, police also learned of an assault that occurred between the two, earlier in the year.
A 55 year old Barrie man has been charged with Uttering Threats and assault. He has a court date set for next month.
