Pop-Up Ad Costs Bradford Woman $30K

Was looking to make a little money

South Simcoe Police have another tale to tell of an elderly woman being scammed. They say a Bradford woman was fleeced of $30-thousand after answering a pop-up ad on her computer about binary trading. She invested a small amount, saw some success, then invested a little more, and a little more. When she was finally convinced to go all in her account was emptied with nothing to show for it. Police advising again to never give money to someone you don’t know, and if it sounds too good to be true…you know the rest.
