Puppies Found In Garbage Bag

The Ontario SPCA is asking the public to come forward with any information they may have on a litter of puppies found inside a garbage bag in Midland October 14th. The puppies were believed to be less than 5 days old were found in a ditch by a resident doing yard work. They were taken to the SPCA in Midland.  Its not known how long the puppies had been in the bag but 4 of the 8 did not survive. The surviving puppies are now is the care of the Renfrew SPCA, who happened to have a nursing dog in its care. Any information can be passed onto the SPCA at 310-SPCA (7722)
