A challenge from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit

A new month and a new social experiment for your consideration. Doug Ironside and Kim Derdall, registered nurses at the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, hoping you’ll join them this month in a campaign they call Ready To Be Thirsty. It’s intended to raise awareness about the benefits of reducing alcohol intake, or of trying to be alcohol free altogether – giving participants an understanding of the social pressures that push people to drink, and sometimes drink more than they plan.
