Remember These Fools? They’re Finally in Trouble!

Last summer these two wing nuts were cruising a lake near Fort Nelson B.C. when they saw a moose trying to cross. With camera rolling they trailed the poor moose and one idiot jumped on its back. 
He’s lucky he didn’t get trampled to death but instead one year later they’re both getting charged.
