Rick Moranis Is Back!
Take off, you hoser!
After the death of his wife 24 years ago, Rick stepped away from Hollywood to take care of his children.
“Stuff happens to people all the time, and people make adjustments, change careers, move to another city,” he told THR. “Really, that’s all I did.”
And now to everyone’s delight, Rick is back and is said to be working on a reboot to “Honey, I Shrunk The Kids.”
This will mark Rick’s first on screen role since Big Bully from 1996.
Moranis played scientist Wayne Szalinski in the 1989 Disney classic and its 1992 sequel Honey, I Blew Up the Kids.
Before his hiatus from Hollywood, Rick appeared in many films including, Spaceballs, Ghostbusters, Little Shop of Horrors, The Flintstones and Strange Brew.
