RVH Nurse Attacked, Charges Pending
Suspect Brought to Hospital Under Mental Health Act
Barrie Police say charges are pending after a nurse was attacked at RVH. Police claim a patient was brought to the hospital under the Mental Health Act on Wednesday morning, around 2:00, and is accused of attacking a female employee while being treated at the hospital. She suffered significant but non-life threatening wounds, while police continue their investigation.
