Science Says That We Should Only Be Working 3 Days A Week!

New study suggests that we’re working two days more than we really should!

Ever noticed that by Friday, you’re done.  So tired and barely functioning at work?  There may be something to that!

A study out of the University of Melbourne in Australia found that we should only be working three days a week.

The researchers found that our brains can only really function at their peak levels for about 25 hours a week.  After that, the quality of our work declines really quickly.

The drop is so bad that if you ever try to pull a crazy 70-hour week, your brain is basically useless by the end.  It’s worth noting that this study was conducted with people 40 years of age or older due to the fact that people are working longer into their lives!  So Millennials you may be SOL…
