Sophisticated Police Cruiser Paying Off

Southern Georgian Bay OPP are pretty happy with their investment. They’re saying the new Automated Licence Plate Recognition cruiser is paying off, after four separate vehicles were stopped by it on Friday. Police say the cruiser, outfitted with cameras that scan passing licence plates, caught three suspended drivers and one motorist without valid plates.
