Dog In Such Poor Shape She Had To Be Put Down
The SPCA is hoping someone can provide some information about a dog that was picked up as a stray in Orillia. The blond Cocker Spaniel was so severely malnourished and diseased that she had to be Euthanized.
The SPCA says the dog was between 12-16 years old, her fur was so matted she could not walk, she suffered from a respiratory infection, advanced dental disease and cataracts so severe she was left blind. She was also very dirty and infested with fleas. The SPCA asks that if anyone has information regarding this dog they call. Ontario SPCA 310-SPCA (7722)
