Polar Bear Dip Raises Money For Good Cause
Some people took advantage of the warmer weather yesterday and headed into Lake Simcoe for a quick dip. Over 500 people watched as the 20th annual Polar Bear Dip was held at Innisfil Park and those who took the plunge, did so for a good cause. 4-thousand dollars was raised for Gilda’s Club of Simcoe Muskoka. Over 2-thousand was pledged in support of the Lake Simcoe Conservation Foundation.
