Tay Township Man Facing Uttering Threats Charge
Police Believe He Threatened His Victim Following A Sexual Assault Conviction
A Tay Township man is up on charges stemming from a previous conviction. Midland Police Service says they were tipped off on Monday about a man threatening someone. Police believe that someone was connected to the suspect’s previous Sexual Assault conviction last year. Officers allege their suspect had threatened to shoot the Sexual Assault victim and a witness on two separate occasions. The 30-year-old suspect was yesterday located by police and charged with Uttering Threats and Breach of Probation.
