Teens Charged After Cash Taken From Charity Box
Money Was For Barrie Food Bank
Two teens – one from Barrie, one from Essa – have been charged after a donation box was broken into and the change taken from it. The charity box was set up for the Barrie Food Bank in the parking lot at Mapleton Plaza (one of those honour system set-ups; drop cash in the lock box and pick the pumpkin of your choice), The $40 taken has been recovered.
