UN Weather Agency Surprised By Record Heat in 2016

It’s been pretty warm these last few days, but overall, it’s way warmer than even climate scientists expected. The World Meteorological Organization said yesterday, extreme weather events are becoming more frequent and intense, adding June marked the 14th straight month of record heat. The UN agency went on to say they weren’t anticipating these record temperature jumps, their models had more moderate warmth for this year, claiming massive temperature hikes and extreme events like flooding are becoming the new normal.
