The Colour of your underwear can change your mood!

If you’ve been feeling a little lacklustre of late, just switch up the colour of your underwear.

An expert in colour-response analyst (yes, that’s an actual job!) – says the colour of undies you choose will have an effect on your mood and energy, even if no one can see them.

‘Every colour vibrates, all at different levels. It doesn’t matter if you can seen them or not, it goes through your skin, over your whole body and into your brain,’ according to this expert….

The only colours that don’t vibrate are black, white or grey.

‘Black isn’t the sexiest colour underwear, it cancels the energy.

In terms of the way others perceive you and the message it sends, in the bedroom you should wear red.
