Officers Making Sure Everyone Gets To Where They Are Going Safely
South Simcoe Police are continuing to watch the roads with Operation Impact this long weekend. One driver was pulled over and charged with stunt driving Saturday night, after police clocked him at 136 km/h in an 80. His license was suspended and his vehicle impounded.
Meanwhile… Police in the Peel region arrested an impaired driver Sunday morning and another who was found sleeping in his car. Officers say the vehicle was in a live lane when the driver decided to catch some Zzz’s.
