March 10: Clocks Go Forward

On March 10th, clocks “spring forward” one hour for Daylight Saving Time. While losing an hour of sleep can be tough, the longer daylight hours in the evening mean more opportunities for outdoor activities and fun. It’s also a sign that spring is on its way and summer is just around the corner!

For those who struggle with the change, be sure to get some extra rest, stay hydrated, and try to stick to your regular sleep schedule to adjust to the new time.
