Vigil Held in Barrie To Remember Bullied, Harmed Trans People
A candlelight vigil in Barrie tonight, to mark Transgender Day of Remembrance. A flag raising at Barrie City Hall today to mark the occasion, followed by the gathering tonight at the Community Wholeness Centre in Barrie, to serve as a reminder of Trans people who have been bullied or harmed over the years. The flag raising took place at noon today, while the vigil begins at 7:00 tonight. More information can be found here.
