Transport Truck Fire Shuts Down North 400 Lanes

A transport truck fire shut down the north 400 this afternoon. It was reported just after the lunch hour, fire crews say the truck was already off to the shoulder south of Mapleview Dr. when they arrived on scene around 1:00. The fire was quickly brought under control, and lanes started reopening shortly after 2:00, while traffic flow returned to normal before 3:00. No word of any injuries or cause to the fire.
