Wasaga Beach Donates Chunk Of Land For Potential Hospital

A recent Wasaga Beach council decision could mean a hospital in the town’s future. Brett Glover has more.

A statement later released by Collingwood G&M Hospital reads as follows:

“This is a very generous offer from the Town of Wasaga Beach. We are currently working through a comprehensive process to determine the best facility design and location for the redevelopment project. This land will be added to the properties that will be evaluated should the process determine that a greenfield site is the preferred option. Each site will be evaluated using detailed site selection criteria.”
