WATCH: Dump Truck Filled w/ Canola Seed Slammed a Bridge Yesterday
Less than 20km's east of Montreal...
A dump truck loaded with canola seeds slammed a Quebec bridge on Highway 40 yesterday. Upon impact it became a canola explosion, the bed of the truck was raised and an on-going Police investigation will determine whether it was driver error or something mechanical to blame.
