Weapons Charge Laid in Bradford In Lieu Of Drug Charges
Teen Allegedly Tried To Dispose of the Evidence
It wasn’t a drug deal after all, but charges were still laid. A detective with South Simcoe Police thought he was watching a drug transaction go down in Bradford last night. He called in uniform officers to make an arrest, and watched as he says the suspect threw something away just before his arrest. Police scoured the area, saying they found an expandable baton. An 18-year-old Bradford man has been charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
