Woman Run Over By ATV

South Simcoe Police were called to the Killarney Beach Road area around 11:30 last night after a woman was stuck by an ATV. Police say a group of residents confronted a man driving the vehicle at a high rate of speed without lights. After words were exchanged the driver apparently turned the machine on the group and ran over one of the pedestrians. Police say the remainder of the group were able to subdue the driver until authorities arrived. A 23 year old man from Bell Ewart has been charged with impaired driving and dangerous driving. The 21 year old victim from Lefroy sustained injures to their back and leg.
