THE NEWEST DATING APP DOESN'T LET YOU SWIPE... IT JUST TELLS YOU WHO TO DATE. 🤖❤️

Dating apps have gone from, "Here's a few people you might like," to...
"We've booked your date. Be there at 7."

A new dating service called Ditto is taking off on college campuses in California, and it's letting A.I. play matchmaker.
Here's the twist: instead of endlessly swiping left and right, students fill out a detailed questionnaire, and the A.I. chooses one match each week.
That's it.
One person.
No backup options. No "maybe I'll keep scrolling for someone with a boat."

If both people agree, the A.I. even plans the date by creating an itinerary. In the future, it'll also suggest conversation starters, so even awkward silence could become a thing of the past.
According to the company, it's already arranged more than 12,000 dates, with 65% considered successful, and 92% of participants saying they'd go on a second date.
For now, it's only available at select colleges. It's kind of romantic... but also a little terrifying.
We've gone from asking your friends to set you up... to asking a computer that also recommends cat videos and reminds you to buy toilet paper.
At this rate, your first argument as a couple won't be about whose turn it is to do the dishes...
It'll be about whether ChatGPT or the dating app actually knows you better. 💘🤖
