Downtown & Painswick

Each summer we invite children ages three years to those entering grade six to enjoy Readoply, our TD Summer Reading Club board game.
All you have to do is have fun reading and then tell us about it. You can play in English or in French. When you complete four turns on the board, you get a free book to keep! To join Readopoly, sign up at a Children’s Information Desk anytime the library is open. You can join anytime during the summer. If you are entering grade seven in September, you can join our Teen Summer Reading program called Spin to Win.

Starting June 29th until September 5th, Spin to Win – Teen Summer Reading Program
Downtown & Painswick

Trying to think of ways to beat the heat this summer? Get out of the sun, relax with some cool books and win prizes! Teens are invited to participate in “Spin to Win”, the Library’s teen summer reading program. Visit the teen area at either the Downtown or Painswick location, spin the game wheel and see what type of book to read. Then tell us about your choice and get your game card stamped. We will be giving away incentives and prizes all summer long! Register in person at a Public Services Desk and pick up your free “Spin to Win” game card. You can join anytime during the summer months. This program may be played in English or in French when French speaking staff is available. For teens entering grades 7-12 in the Fall.
