Cats get a bad wrap!

Cats get a bad wrap!

A new study found that cats are just as attached to their humans as dogs.  Cats love their people, even if they don’t show it!

The research presented by a team at Oregon State University says that cats are basically more secure compared to dogs, meaning they don’t always show signs of distress when their family leaves a room or the house.

Cats have a more healthy mix of attachment says the study.

However; the cats that are more insecure are more affectionate, showing similar qualities as dogs.  These cats snuggle you more and tend to follow you around.

Anyone who has had their pet pout because you dared close the door to the bathroom as you pee knows what’s up. Some animals take the ‘companion’ part of ‘companion animal’ very seriously.
